Alongside our co-founders, product and commercial teams, you will drive an end-to-end experience with entirely new features, where sellers & buyers can engage from first touch-point to close of deal.

• Deliver a user experience providing an exceptional and intuitive application design.

• Translate product requirements into smooth workflows while considering respective sellers' and buyers' needs.

• Create designs across all new functionalities (e.g Video & Chat), from wireframes to pixel-perfect mockups.

• Build and oversee UI components to ensure a coherent look & feel of the platform.

• Observe, investigate and evaluate user behaviours to derive UX requirements.

• Implement working processes for your team

• Help others grow, including mentoring and managing other designers

💪🏼 💪🏼 Your strengths💪🏼 💪🏼

• Ability to design software experiences, not just interface elements.

• 4+ years experience in a design role.

• Strong portfolio, showcasing UI/UX fundamentals and hands-on experience with SaaS products.

• Expert level skills with design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Sketch).

• A shared passion for building a beautiful and intuitive SaaS platform.

• Balance trade-off between “done” and “perfect” whilst maintaining a high bar for quality.

• Very good written and verbal communication skills in english.
